The Connector for Salesforce and Confluence Cloud infrastructure is successfully transferred from ServiceRocket to Appfire. The connector for Salesforce and Confluence Cloud is available now, Admins are requested to add Appfire’s domain URL to the Salesforce remote site settings.

The Connector for Salesforce & Confluence Cloud infrastructure will be migrated over to Appfire as a part of the application's transition.
- The migration will result in intermittent availability of the Connector during the maintenance window.
- Certain features will be temporarily unavailable during the maintenance window, which is scheduled from 11:00 PM PDT on 8th Sept 2023 to 01:00 AM PDT on 9th Sept 2023.

Please make a note of these details so you can be prepared for the intermittent availability and temporary unavailability of certain features during the migration process.
